Musical Style: Jazz This special performance celebrates the music of legendary jazz pianist and composer Horace Silver, reimagined through new arrangements by pianist Eric Gunnison. Silver was a pioneering figure in the development of hard bop, known for blending gospel, blues, and Latin influences into a distinctive, soulful sound that helped define modern jazz in the 1950s and beyond.
