Tanner Brown Tanner Brown , AKA T BISCUIT, is a guitarist & electronic music producer known for high energy funk, psychedelic hip-hop beats, and heavy bass. In addition to his solo work, Tanner is also the founding member of the six-piece funk powerhouse, Steady Flow.
