Delete Your LiveMusic.love Account
You can delete your Live Music account and all associated data at any time. Here's how:
In the app
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and follow the prompts.
On the web
Sign in to your account, then visit your Profile settings to delete your account. Sign in.
By email
You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@livemusic.love from the email address associated with your account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, your Concert Timeline and imported photos, your posts and comments, and your follows. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can restore it by signing in again.
What we retain
We may retain limited records required by law, and anonymized data that is not linked to your identity.
