Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to LIVE MUSIC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website or mobile app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Anyone may browse event listings on our website without an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and access social features, messaging, and the Concert Timeline.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings, or at livemusic.love/delete-account. Accounts are restricted to users 18 and older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate it.
3. User-Generated Content
The Service lets you post content, including photos, videos, comments, posts, and concert memories ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service so we can operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
4. Objectionable Content and Prohibited Conduct
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post, share, or engage in:
- Harassment or bullying: threats, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse of any person.
- Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or age.
- Sexual content: nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material; any sexual content involving minors will be reported to authorities.
- Violence: content that depicts, glorifies, or incites violence, or threatens harm to any person or group.
- Spam and deception: unsolicited advertising, scams, phishing, impersonation of others, or misleading content.
- Illegal activity: content that promotes or facilitates illegal acts, including the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Privacy violations: posting another person's private information without their consent.
- Intellectual property infringement: content that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
5. Reporting, Moderation, and Consequences
Every user can report objectionable content or abusive users directly in the app, and can block other users. We review reports and take action, which may include:
- Removing or restricting the offending content;
- Issuing a warning to the responsible account;
- Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account;
- Reporting the matter to law enforcement where appropriate.
We may remove any content or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
6. Blocking
You may block any user. Blocked users' posts and comments are hidden from you, and any pending friend connections with them are removed.
7. Event Information and Tickets
Event listings are provided for information only and may change without notice. Ticket purchases happen on third-party sites (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS); we are not a party to those transactions and may earn affiliate commissions on qualifying purchases, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from User Content posted by others.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Contact Us
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us via our contact page or at the email address listed in the app.
